ABSTRACT


This research talk about the support system the decision to the fund cooperatives women on the island of arbor dharmasraya . The problem before the system by which a person can borrow, but terms were not fulfilled as, loan guarantees insufficient income and factors revenue because borrowers in. recognizeOr have other problems as some who want to borrow and loan quotas. boundedThe system is helping to find cooperative kelayakkan loan from borrowers and assist the cooperatives in decision-making who should receive the loan funds with the criteria.
Third party contributions of loan funds cooperatives that devised in this research is a web-based information system to determine who is worthy to get a loan funds cooperative on the island of arbor kabupaten dharmasraya .In design , the web being built by the use of programming language php and use a database mysql.spk of loan funds cooperatives this woman uses the method topsis in their assessment that can be merangking every loan by using the criteria which had been there.
With spk loan in the cooperative topsis, use of the cooperatives can determine which borrowers should get a loan and borrowers able to obtain information loan fund.
