Perancangan Prototype Monitoring dan Kontrol Suhu Smart Cage Day Old Chick Menggunakan Fuzzy Logic Berbasis Arduino
The design of the prototype focuses on controlling and monitoring the
temperature of the cage using fuzzy logic. Control and monitoring system using
fans and lights as outputs, while temperature detection uses a DHT 22 sensor.
Fuzzy Logic designed to have 3 variables, there is temperature (°C), fans and
lights (ramp) with the Min-Max inference method. The number of labels used
for design is 4 labels with a trapezoidal shape, with 4 rules. DHT22 sensor test
result the calculation of the error rate value uses a Thermo Hygrometer as a
comparison tool. The results of the calculation of the average error rate at
temperature are 1%, the average temperature obtained is 30°C to 31°C. In
fuzzy testing on time, it has a fairly fast response with a temperature range of
26°C - 40°C in hot soldering tests with an initial temperature of 26.4°C rising
to 40.7°C and it takes 37 seconds to return to the reference temperature and a
temperature range of 39°C down to 32°C in ice cube testing with an initial
temperature of 39.3°C to 32.1°C it takes 106 seconds to return to the reference
temperature. While testing chicks directly in the cage for three days the result
of temperature is 28°C to 32°C in warm and normal conditions.
