Identifikasi Potensi Konflik Bidang Tanah pada Kegiatan Redistribusi Tanah Nagari Padang Air Dingin dan Nagari Lubuk Malako Kecamatan Sangir Jujuan Kabupaten Solok Selatan

ABSTRACT

Conflict is a problem that cannot be separated from human social life at any time. This indicates that conflict will always exist as long as issues regarding economic, social, and political issues are always the basis for someone to make decisions for the common good. The essence of land conflict is a negative form of human social interaction, each of which fights for something related to land, water, plants, which are above the object in question to fulfill both personal and group interests. The purpose of this study was to identify areas potential conflicts of land in land redistribution activities of Nagari Padang Air Dingin and Nagari Lubuk Malako, Sangir Jujuan District, South of Solok Regency. The availability of spatial information is one of the supporting data in identifying potential conflicts of land. The method used in this research is the Overlay (Intersect) method using a Geographic Information System (GIS). The data used in this study are South Solok Regency administrative data in 2016, West Sumatra village administrative data 2020, data of land certificates and land redistribution data in Nagari Padang Air Dingin and Nagari Lubuk Malako in 2021. The results of the study found 4 land field with potential conflicts in Nagari Padang Air Dingin with a total area of 104,50 m², and 5 land field with potential conflicts in Nagari Lubuk Malako with a total area of 775,87 m².
