Pemetaan Batmetri Metode Satellite Derived Bathymentry (SDB) Model Kanno 2011 Menggunakan Data Landsat 8 Oli
ABSTRACT
Indonesia is an archipelagic country that has a diverse charm of beauty in the marine or water tourism sector. One of the provinces in Indonesia that has natural conditions with great potential in the tourism sector is West Sumatra. Carocok Painan Beach is one of the marine tourism objects in the Pesisir Selatan Regency, West Sumatra Province which is designated as one of the tourism development areas in the Regional Spatial Plan for the Pesisir Selatan Regency. Information on seabed depth estimation (bathymetry) is very necessary for spatial use activities in a water area. This aims to provide an overview of the terrain conditions of the area, in order to analyze the risks from offshore activities as well as for development planning in an area. The existence of remote sensing technology that is increasingly developing, namely the Satellite Derived Bathymetry (SDB) method currently allows shallow water mapping to be carried out more quickly, effectively and at a lower cost. Therefore, the need for depth information in shallow waters for the utilization of natural resources and its development plan more quickly, effectively and at a lower cost can be implemented. The purpose of this study was to determine the bathymetry estimation and the level of accuracy of the depth sample value obtained from the single beam echosounder. It is carried out using the SDB method developed by Kanno (2011) through a depth extraction process from Landsat 8 OLI satellite imagery to produce a bathymetric map that can be used as consideration for the safety of use and the management needs of the Carocok Painan coastal tourism area and its development, which requires sea depth spatial data. Bathymetry estimates obtained in Carocok Painan waters ranged from (-0.2) to 20 m, at a distance of 500 m-2 km from the coastline towards the West. The closest distance to a depth of 20 meters from the shoreline is on the southern side, namely the waters of Ujung Baturimau as far as 500 m, widening up to 2 km on the eastern side in Painan Bay and again approaching on the northern side, namely Ujung Karang waters. The overall accuracy obtained is 0.77 m, at a depth of < 0 m with an accuracy of 0.41 m, a depth of 0 m-2 m, an accuracy of 1.15 m, a depth of 2.1 m-5 m, an accuracy of 1.17 m, a depth of 5.1 m. - 10 meters with an accuracy of 1.13 m, a depth of 10.1 m-20 m with an accuracy of 0.66 m, a depth of> 20 m with an accuracy of 0.38 m.
