Perbandingan Kuat Tekan Beton Normal dan Beton Keropos yang dilakukan Grouting
ABSTRACT
Grouting work is one way to repair foundations (foundation treatment) on water dams. Grouting has also become a reliable method for filling voids in porous concrete structures and the addition of castings due to imperfect casting, mortar fillets (corners) for machine foundations, as engine mounts, bridge foundation bearing stands, precast concrete manufacture, large crack covers, and etc. Concrete is a material that is widely used in construction projects. The quality of concrete itself is strongly influenced by several constituent materials such as water, cement, coarse aggregate, fine aggregate and other additives.
The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that cause damage to the porous concrete structure based on previous research and to analyze the results of the comparison of the compressive strength of concrete with the solution of the grouting method using sikagrout 215 and using a mixture of cement and water.
In this study, an experimental method was used in the laboratory which aims to investigate data or results that relate certain variables.
The results showed that normal concrete (without grouting) obtained a compressive strength value of 255 kg/cm2, then Grouting using Sikagrout-215+ Water material increased the compressive strength of concrete by 23.90% from normal concrete, grouting using Sikagrout-215 material + Split 20% Weight Sikagrout-215 there is an increase in the compressive strength of concrete by 20.78% from normal concrete, grouting using PCC Cement: Sand (1PC: 2PS) increases the compressive strength of concrete by 11.76% from normal concrete. This shows that the greater the number of uses of Sikagrout-215 in this study, the compressive strength obtained will increase, because Sikagrout-215 has a maximum compressive strength value.
