Analisis Perbandingan Desain Struktur Gedung Beton Bertulang Bertingkat Rendah Menggunakan SNI 1726-2012 dan SNI 1726-2019 untuk Lokasi Kota Bukittinggi
ABSTRACT
Indonesia is a country with great potential for earthquakes. This is due to the geographical location of Indonesia, which is at the confluence of 3 active plates, namely the Indo-Australian, Eurasian, and Pacific plates. In this Final Project, the city of Bukittinggi was taken as the research site. The city of Bukittinggi was chosen as the research location because it is in a strong earthquake zone which is prone to structural collapse during a strong earthquake. This study aims to analyze the comparison of the structural design of reinforced concrete buildings using SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019 for the location of Bukittunggi City. The analytical structure model is a reinforced concrete building with a 5 storey office building, building height 20 meters, floor height 4 meters, beam dimensions 60 cm x 40 cm beam dimensions 40 cm x 30 cm column dimensions 60 cm x 60 cm concrete quality (fe): 25 MPa K 300 yield strength of steel (fy) 390 MPa main reinforcement 390 MPa floor plate: t 12 cm at Bukittinggi location, medium soil type.
From the structural response analysis using the SAP2000 application that has been carried out, it can be conveyed: From the conclusions obtained a comparison of ± 50% greater for SN 1726-2019 compared to SNI 1726-2012 because there are differences in the response spectrum, analysis of variance and force scaling and results of column reinforcement occurred in buildings that use reinforced concrete structures with a number of floors 5 plus a roof floor located in the city of Bukittinggi based on SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019 obtained the same reinforcement, namely the main reinforcement as much as 12 with a diameter of 22 mm (12D22). In the support stirrup reinforcement, 13 mm diameter reinforcement is used with a distance of 100 mm, while in the field, 13 mm reinforcement is used with a distance of 50 mm.
