Analisis Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan Menggunakan Metode PCI (Pavement Conditon Index) Studi Kasus : Ruas Jalan Nasional Surian - Padang Aro (KM 14 - Pekonina)

ABSTRACT

Analysis of road damage using the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method on the KM 14 Pekonina national road, Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency, this visual research refers to the level of road damage that occurs on the road pavement. The KM 14 Pekoning road section is the main access, thus the greater the load received by the road. the greater the possibility of road damage. This research aims to determine the condition of the pavement on the KM 14-Pekonina road segment with a location length of 3000 meters or 3 kilometers and divide it into 30 segments where the segment has a length of 100 meters per segment. From the results of the field survey, it was found that several types of road damage occurred such as pothole damage, patch damage, crocodile skin crack damage, box crack damage, edge damage, grain release damage and longitudinal crack damage. The PCI results on the KM 14- Pekonina road, Pauh Duo District, South Solok Regency is 77.6 in other words the condition of the road is in very good condition. The implementation of these roads is routine maintenance so that the KM 14- Pekonina road section does not occur more severe damage.
