Analisis Metode Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pemasangan Gelagar Beton Pratekan Melintasi Ruas Jalan Padang - Lubuk Alung
ABSTRACT
Increased welfare in the economy and education led to higher levels of traffic, so a toll road is very much required to solve this issue. A toll road is usually built across an existing road, therefore it is necessary to build a fly-over structure to connect the two sides of the existing road. The purpose of this research is to analyze, determine the schedule, and planning the traffic engineering before the erection process started. The erection method used is lifting the girder using two units of crawler crane while the traffic is being completely closed. This research uses the u-turn planning guidelines to get the queue length value. The results of the analysis shows to implement this work method, it uses 3 unit of crawler crane and boogie truck. The execution time needed to erect 1 piece of girder is ±50 minutes, with daily capacity is 4 girder a day (3 hours and 25 minutes time a day) and total execution time is 3 days (10 hours and 15 minutes total) for 12 pieces girder. In this case, it needs 14 minutes to disperse the traffic jam that happened during the erection process.
