Job Safety Analysis Pekerjaan Eraction Girder pada Kontruksi Underbridge Proyek Jalan Tol Ruas Padang - Sicincin Jembatan Underbridge STA 6+200
ABSTRACT
The development of Indonesia's industrial sector has a positive impact on employment, increasing income and equitable development. However, other impacts of the development of the industrial sector will also bring risk factors to the hazards that occur in the work environment.Job Safety Analysis is a method of studying a job to identify hazards and potential accidents associated with each step and used to develop prevention that can eliminate and control hazards in the work environment. The purpose of this study was to identify potential hazards as an effort to prevent work accidents in the Erection Girder work on the Underbridge Construction of the Padang-Sicincin Toll Road Section of the STA 6+200 Underbridge Bridge. This study uses the Job safety analysis method or work safety analysis based on the work implementation method.From the results of hazard identification using the Job Safety Analysis Method, erection girder work on the Padang-Sicincin Toll Road project, the Underbridge Bridge, was identified from 3 jobs, 15 sub jobs, 36 descriptions of hazard sources. Analysis of the Loading Girder Work Process there are 12 hazard identifications of which 9 are high risk and 3 are moderate risk. Analysis of the Girder Relocation Work Process there are 8 hazard identifications of which 4 are high risk and 4 are moderate risk. Analysis of the Erection Girder Work Process there are 16 hazard identifications, of which 10 are high risk and 4 are moderate risk.
