In this study the material in use is steyrofoam (matrix) with powdered sugar and egg shell
with mesh size of 200 passes, this study aimed to utilization of waste waste into useful
materials again that the application of the framework quad copter (Drone). The purpose of
this study was to determine the density of the composite powder bagasse and eggshell in a
volume fraction of 50%: 50%, 60%: 40%, 70%: 30%, da 60%: 40%, for the test results
density can be in analysis that the increase in the volume fraction of reinforcement
mengakibatkatkan density values increase, as a comparison that the volume fraction of
50%: 50% with a value of 1.2124 and a fraction of 80%: 30% with a value of 0.903133
gr/cm3
. For observations Scanning Electron Miscroscope (SEM), a structure with voids
and pores that most occur in fractions of 80%: 20% and 70%: 30%, and at a fraction of the
other two occurred bonding solid and meetings between powder sugar cane and matrices or
steyrofoam, while the eggshell and matrices are gaps or less solid.
